This might not look appetizing….BUT it’s delicious! I eat this pretty much everyday as my #postworkout meal (otherwise known as my #breakfast since I prefer my #workout in a fasted state.) For my #oatmeal, I mix 1/3cup oatmeal with ½ cup water, 3 tbsp #eggwhites & 1 tbsp @bellplantation PB2 Once cooked, I top with 1 tbsp @waldenfarmsinternational caramel dip and a squirt (less than ½ tbsp of #coconutoil Guys, if you haven’t tried coconut oil in your oatmeal, you are missing out! It’s amazing! Then for my #protein I mix 1 cup unsweetened cashew milk with @pescience #selectprotein because it’s the BEST tasting protein powder……EVER!! I just got their new flavor, #peanutbuttercookie and OMG! Lastly, I always drink my @core water and a coffee ☕️mixed with cinnamon & almond milk! (I just bought a #nespresso machine and it’s life changing! Such good & frothy coffee!!) ALSO threw in a #progresspic because why not?!
