A #brownie recipe (#proteinbrownie obviously! ) & a brownie-color #selftan for my #progresspic Progress update: same weight (not trying to get caught up on the number on the scale) but lifting heavier in the gym so can’t complain I am finally feeling “back to normal” So many people don’t understand why this is so important to me, but I get such satisfaction out of giving this #bikiniprep all I got! (Yes, my bathing suit bottoms are so big that they are legit just hanging down! ) Now onto the good stuff……modified this @pescience chocolate brownie recipe (modified for my particular #macros) and OMG!! Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat pan with cooking spray (I use coconut cooking spray) Mix in bowl: 2 scoops #pescience protein powder (I used #chocolatecupcake flavor), 1 ½ cup oat flour, ¼ c cocoa powder, 1 1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk, 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, a few packets of Truvia, & spoonful of vanilla extract. Mix well & pour into pan. Let cook for 20ish min, or until cooked but still “fudgy” on inside. I also added a frosting: 1 tbsp #pescience #selectprotein gourmet vanilla, 1 Truvia packet, 2 tbsp low fat cream cheese, & 1 tsp vanilla extract. Mix well & top off brownie! MACROS (no icing): 3F/11P/15C and only 134 calories.
