(Low-Carb) Protein Chocolate Cupcakes Preheat oven to 350 degrees & spray cupcake tin. Recipe makes 12 cupcakes. In bowl, mix: 3 scoops @pescience #selectprotein in Frosted Chocolate Cupcake flavor (any flavor will do, I just ❤️ that one!), 1/3 cup oat flour, ¾ cup unsweetened cashew milk, 2 eggs, ¼ cup egg whites, ¼ cup cocoa powder, 5 Truvia or stevia packets, 1 tbsp coconut oil & if you have them, feel free to throw in some dark chocolate chips or after baking them add “protein icing” (1 tbsp protein powder mixed with 1 tbs low fat cream cheese & vanilla extract)! Mix well & pour into cupcake tin. Let bake for 15-18 minutes.
