Today’s main achievements: managed to knit quite a bit on my shawl, despite ridiculous heat and bake a loaf of bread, that turned out so light with a crunchy crust thanks to the method by lovely Daki @ducklington.designs that she has written out step by step on her blog. My breads usually come out a bit dense but this one is perfect, even though I halved the recipe and didn’t have any wholemeal flour, (added 20g of wholegrain Rye flour for some natural yeasts to 480g of white bread flour).
