sfzinefest: An interview with Emma Munger Where do you live? the tendernob, SF How would you describe your work in 10 words? Sassy portraits of my favorite things with a nostalgic kick Why did you start making zines and how long have you been making them? I’ve been making zines on and off again for about 4 years. Ever since a college book making class, I found that they’re not only fun but very cathartic. What are you most excited to have on your table this year? my Frasier zine! Why do you like zines? They’re a perfect way to translate exactly who you are to a complete stranger without having to say a thing. They’re about making real, personal connections which is hard to come by nowadays. AH hi yay!! I’m super excited to be tabling again this year :) if you’re in the bay area come by zine fest at the county fair building in golden gate park on Sept 4th!
