I was asked to redesign Mirror Master alongside the Top. Instead I did the stupidly good looking Latino American Rogue with lots of hair. Talking about you, Marco Mardon, aka Weather Wizard. I used a cartoonish style again, with a not too complicated design which can be easily animated, or toned down for a more realistic drawing style. It’s basically just his N52 coat and post-Crisis tights put together. The biggest change is that his hair is now shaped like a cloud and his eyebrows are lightning bolts. I thought it was a shame that Infantino never took the theme one step further and give him cloud hair.Details below: -- source link
