Pictured is one of our favourite pieces in the show , the iconic Divine together with the early Sony Walkman logo. The work is composed of Hamaguchi’s maniacal selection of people, logos, characters and backgrounds drawn on waste paper and flyers with POSCA marker pens. The drawings are then selected and cut and pasted intuitively to create the finished piece of work. Please enjoy this pop art composed of unique combinations and juxtapositions to your heart’s content.
