A conceded post hidden with good intentions - 1stly no i do not workout all the time - i used to do triathlons so get ur mutherfuckin cardio up - but most importantly fix how u fucking eat. Im a vegan at home and a vegetarian at restaurants - i eat seafood as a treat, and if im hungover i might get a chickfila sandwich - but i do NOT eat fast food (except for the mentioned tri-monthly chickfila sandwich) and i definitely do not eat processed foods. Switch your white bread and bleached pasta/rice out for a multigrain or whole grain - a human diet should be like 30% WHOLE grains (NOT PROCESSED) 50% vegetables & fruits (of all varieties), 15% legumes and nuts, and 5% added sugar/oils & true meatz. Cook your food so you know whats in it, i dont trust fucking anybody with what goes in my body. Converting to vegetarianism will also do the environment a HUGE solid!!! On the topic of working out, I weight lift whenever i feel like it. Sometimes twice a week and sometimes once a month, HABIT AND ROUTINE IS THE OPPOSITE OF WHAT YOUR BODY NEEDS LEAVE THESE CONCEPTS FOR YOUR HOMEMAKING AND CONSCIOUSNESS!!! You will never achieve a body doing the same thing all the time - your muscles need variety (just like your diet). Weightlifting is a supplementary action tho, my real workouts come from disciplined yoga, i stretch every single day, and toning exercises using your body weight. My favorite thing to do is youtube ab workouts and find a hot guy or girl i vibe with and just do their workout with them. All the exercises we used to do in middle school P.E. while i was trying not to look at sexy guys’ packages swinging in gym shorts is what i do on my living room floor. ALSO just simply educate yourself. you dont even have to google stuff and read anymore theres literally a youtube video of somebody (or an animation) explaining like anything you’ll ever need to know. You will never be a body thotty if you don’t understand the mechanisms of muscle growth and the way the body works. It is a life style. -- source link
