Miss Team “NO PROTEIN” finally found something that she can actually rock with and enjoy drinking @bodycompleterx without using MILK (Soy or almond I don’t drink any of it.) . Milk was One of the main reasons why I stopped drinking protein shakes many many years ago. I didn’t like how it made me feel afterwards. One of the main reasons why I joined @bodycompleterx is because of the background story about the owners Health and Fitness Journey. I can say it was truly inspiring. Now y’all know Me and most of you know I’m not with the B.S and I would never promote anything that goes against my brand. This is my first time drinking this protein and what I can say is that it’s pretty good and also VEGAN FRIENDLY! I’ll be using the protein to prepare for my Fitness Trip April 2019 which also happens to fall on my Birthday .
