Not all of them make it. This one had a tiny crack in the bowl, probably from an axe blow that went just a tiny bit too far, an all to common error! It’s particularly frustrating because these cracks usually don’t show themselves until much later, by which time you’ve already spent lots of time finishing the spoon. Nothing to do but learn from it and move on the next! .
