Hi guys! I’m so excited to share my latest project with you!I’ve gotten into adult coloring lately for stress management. I love it, but I haven’t been able to find very many sheets that are specifically disability or chronic illness themed. So I decided to start making my own! This is my first creation. It’s certainly not a professional-quality coloring sheet, but I’m sharing it freely and I hope you will enjoy it nonetheless. If you decide to print out a copy and color it, please share your work if you’re comfortable doing so. I’d love to see what you create! On a more personal note, the statements that I’m putting into the sheets (yes, I do plan on making more!) are areas where I personally struggle. They are sources of anxiety or sources of shame. In the case of this particular phrase, I have been really struggling with anxiety over “not accomplishing enough,” and I do need to remember that it takes a lot of work just to keep me semi-functional.If you are interested in how I’ve managed to make adult coloring work for me and my chronically-painful hands, here’s a post on that: http://chronicallypainful.tumblr.com/post/183575114955/my-most-recent-hobby-stress-management-activity -- source link
