Would you believe the text boxes half more colour than the pictures?Alice in Wonderland, 2000This is my favorite adaptation. Alice is a blonde, doesn’t have a knife and you can push buttons to make things happen.I put more effort into this than I should. And I’m guessing the devs thought the same.Who asked for this game?Disney’s Alice (the good one) is a movie from 1951. This game came out 49 years later! 50 IN EUROPE!!The stitchings you see above is all I played plus to the end of this level. This was all just an example piece before it was fleshed out into this.This seems like a cash grab… It definitely is. But I don’t know. There’s a lot of effort put into this. It didn’t play too bad. And did you see the production values? These are pretty decent. And I guess the game’s pretty decent as well.And my hunch seems to be correct. If Wikipedia is to be believed, this game has scores ranging from 7/10 to 9/10. I don’t believe the latter.I am kinda fascinated by this game. I think I’ll revisit this game. And the movie as well. I don’t watch many movies, but Alice (1951) is my favorite movie I only watched once. Same with Detective Pikachu. -- source link
