02: SOUVENIR ————————— Ohad Meromi created the piece 1967 for the exhibition Work in Progress: Considering Utopia. Inspired by theater, dance, Israeli history, personal history, and the communal agrarian society of the kibbutz, the artist fashioned a sculptural stage on which visitors wear specially designed costumes and interpret one of the reliefs placed around its perimeter.
