Basic Paleo Meatloaf Recipe2lbs Grass fed ground beef ¼ cup flax-seed meal½ teaspoon of sea salt½ tsp pepper 1 Tbsp of dried Parsley2 eggs ½ cup chopped onion3 garlic cloves pressed or finely chopped ½ cup diced portobello mushrooms¼ cup organic or homemade paleo ketchup*optional 1 Tbsp Paleo Worcestershire sauceCombine all of the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and whisk together. Add meat, onion, garlic, mushrooms and half the ketchup. Use your hands to mix lightly but thoroughly. Place into a meatloaf pan. Bake at 375 for 1 hour until top is browned. Brush the remaining ketchup onto the top of the loaf and bake for another 10 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing. -- source link
