Booch brewing, decanting and second ferment set-up is a go-go. I experimented with watermelon and knew it would fizz due to its high sugar content. And yep, cooling before opening settles it, but I felt like a bit of fizzy fun! Not much flavour really; our strawberry is still the best. Today we will experiment with mango.
