Sometimes when you’re a designer who can also illustrate, you end up doing commercial illustrations that are not your thing at all. I do brand design work via my agency and the illustration/mural wasn’t part of the original plan, but it happened. The end product in the photo isn’t what I had in mind and you can see the initial illustration in the second image. This is my first indoor mural in a commercial space (it’s a giant sticker ), so kind of proud but kind of underwhelmed at the same time hahah. Still asked a friend to take an awkward photo of me for my parents tho. -- source link
