The first panel shows the two of them in a library, sitting at a desk with a book, one page of which reads bird in capital letters, spread out between them. Annabelle has her arms crossed and is slumped forward a little bit, while jon is resting his head on his left hand. They both look at the book in questioningly. In the second panel, the two of them are sitting on a bench, annabelle on the left and jon on the right, with jon holding a book in his lap. They are talking, assumingly about the book. The third panel shows them inside, jon playing the piano and annabelle dancing ballet to it. There is a grey cat tree visible behind them. The 4th panel shows the two of them in annabelles room, with annabelle sitting on the bed, clapping, and swinging her legs happily while jon is twirling around in a bee skirt. The background is purple, spiderwebs connecting the panels, with a drawing of annabelle in the top right corner and jon in the bottom left corner. Annabelle is half hidden behind a wall, looking at something up ahead in terror. The shadow of a spinning wheel lays over her face. Jon is a bit chubby persian child with short wavy dark hair and glasses that sit a bit crookedly on his face. In order of panels, he is wearing a dark green jumper over a collared shirt, a pink jumper, a black jumper with grey trousers and a cream coloured one for both the 4th and the background panel. Annabelle is a bit chubby black girl with curly dark brown hair. In order of panels, she is wearing a light green jumper, a red one with dark trousers, a light pink dress, and a dark red dress over a puffy white shirt, as well as a simple red jumper for the background panel.
