An extremely long time, no post - a small painting I did for a special friend. I hadn’t picked up a paint brush for a long time and I thought I didn’t know how to paint anymore, how to make art, how to even enjoy myself or be happy again. This definitely isn’t the best piece of art I’ll ever make by any means, but I think I found a part of myself I thought I’d lost when I picked up that paintbrush. I’m being wicked melodramatic right now – but here’s to less fear and more ugly art simply for the sake of making more art. -- source link
