Time to reveal the surprise illustration Fae Crate asked me to make for their Thorns and All Hangover Recovery kit!I was super excited when they approached me with this idea, as I had never seen this scene illustrated before! I had a blast playing around with the textures for this, as I wanted to make Amren’s form seem otherworldly. There’s heaviness and fluffiness is areas you wouldn’t expect from a fiery explosion (even the dark shadows are contradictory to a being of light and fire) but it really makes the brain try to work it all out!Fae Crate knocked it out of the park with the box and I was super humbled to be apart of it! -- source link
