Strawberries! This is still a work in progress. It is apart of a series of recipe cards, and this illustration is for the strawberry pasta recipe. Pasta and strawberries sounds like a bizarre combination, but I can assure it is literally the best thing ever. Here’s how to do it: Cook your pasta, cut your strawberries, sprinkle as much or as little sugar as you please, mash them with a fork and mix in heavy cream. Divide pasta among bowls and pour the strawberry sauce over the pasta. Make it extra fancy with some whipping cream or more sugar! You can healthatize it by substituting whole wheat pasta and brown sugar instead. Enjoy! -- source link
