Submit here: http://www.digitaldesperados.org/submissionform/ Programming Guidelines -  Film/video art must either  1) Be made by a filmmaker who identifies as a LGBTIQA+ person of colour on any subject or 2) Be a film made by a filmmaker of any identity that is either a documentary featuring LGBTIQA+ people of colour or a feature/fictional short that features   LGBTIQA+ people of colour as one or more of the central characters.
