My friends, it is September 9 (at the time of writing) which means it’s time to once again wish a happy birthday to Kujou Hikari, AKA Shiny Luminous of the Max Heart Pretty Cure team!Hikari was a fascinating character. She was born as an empty shell, just the Life of the Queen of Light, waiting to be reunited with her Heart and Wills to be reborn. However, as the show progresses, she develops her own identity and is torn between the life she’s created and friends she’s made, and her responsibility to revive the Queen and save the Garden of Rainbows. It was fun to watch her grow into herself throughout the course of the show.If we set her age in at the start of the show at 13 (ignoring that she was conjured into existence at that point), then if Hikari had aged in real time she would be about 30 today.
