I wanted to share my story and the origins of how I created Black-Asian. I didn’t let bad experiences define me, and neither should you. We are stronger than we think we are. After the birth of my second child, I had to endure yet another challenge – this challenge wasn’t expected. Because of the situation, I sought out alternative solutions to teach my daughter about her Chinese cultural roots, and through my personal journey, the concept of Black-Asian emerged.
