Dark Chocolate Ganache Drizzle Ingredients: 4 oz. dark chocolate, chopped evenly ½ cup whipping cream ¼ cup light corn syrup 2 tsp vanilla Instructions: Place chopped chocolate in a medium bowl. Heat cream until very hot but not boiling. Pour hot cream over chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes. Whisk until all chocolate is completely melted and mixture is consistent.
