runawaymun:@arlenianchronicles DTIYS! I just adore the kidnap fam so I was naturally drawn to Bedtime Reading - so i decided to do this one using my character designs. Elrond is on the left in red, Elros on the right in blue with his weird haircut. I had so much fun doing this and I feel like I learned so much about lighting and composition! I normally don’t play too much with light sources because i’m lazy so this was a fun challenge :D  ♡♡♡ I’m so happy with how it turned out!! Gouache & Ink on mixed media paper OHHHH THIS IS BEAUTIFUL!!!! Look at the warm fuzzy atmosphere and lighting!!! And the bedtime scene!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ Elrond and Elros are all snuggled in, I see XDDD And quite happy to use Maedros as a pillow! Maedros, on the other hand, looks like he’s trying not to smile hahaa And Maglor too has such a peaceful look on his face! Awwww :DDDI love the lighting and colours too! Especially the effect on Maedros’ hair, and the green highlights on Maglor’s :D It’s all so lovely and cozy!! Thank you so much for your entry, you did a fantastic job!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ -- source link
