I think Kitty Winter is the third wheel in Holmes/Watson relationship. I found it quite uninteresting to know about her history. I sympathize with her character but I don’t really care about her at all. I still can’t get used to her, she seems very inappropriate in the show. It would be much better if writers dedicate more screentime to Gregson and Bell instead of Kitty. -- source link
