The Earl of Dun DelveThe Earl (he goes by no other name) is in charge of Dun Delve, a small fortress/trading post in the depths of Eberron. He enjoys being solely in charge and extorting travelers for ungodly sums of money in order to pass through the fortress to anywhere else.
