This week I made some special cookies for my friend @shannyb__ who has been working her ass off for the competition that just passed. And I was happy to bring the rest of the batch to share with some of the competitors I met. Here is the recipe if you guys wanna try it out! PB cookie: 1 egg 1 Cup PB ½ cup sugar - mix egg and sugar then add in PB til a dough forms (I crushed up mini eggs and added them in but you can add in whatever you want. Or nothing. They’re delicious either way) - bake at 325° for about 12 mins Frosting; 2 sticks unsalted butter 1 cup PB Pinch of salt 2 tsp vanilla 2 ½ cups of icing sugar - beat PB and butter together with mixer or hand mix it ‍♀️ - Add in vanilla and salt - Slowly incorporate icing sugar I’m glad I got to share these with you guys!
