These plants in my nana’s garden are 4 feet or so tall, she did not plant them, has no idea what they are… Do you know???I think these are Amaranthus… not sure what exact species but perhaps Hopi red dye amaranth (Amaranthus cruentus). You’ll know when they flower. If you don’t want them seeding around your garden, make sure to remove the flowers before they set seed. :)  -- source link
