Just tried to create the wall decor like that with optical illusion from the new kit. We’re not experts, and don’t know what type that decor is, but we tried to create it as the mirror with placing the plane with glowing points by invisible side to camera, visible side to the reflecting part. The result was bad, the glowing points were shown from invisible plane side and duplicated by reflected part. And after some magical experiments we found how to make it really optical illusion. It’s very weak illusion, but it’s really working. The only not good thing is when camera zooming out, the quality of that glowing points getting worst. -- source link
