9/19/16: Vanda coerulea or blue orchid; A beautiful blue flower species of orchid native to Assam (India) and extending up into China as well. It’s bloom is one of the longer lasting amongst orchids and the Vanda genus also generally has blooms on the larger side! (I wish I could’ve posted my own photo but the one in the greenhouse I worked at isn’t in bloom right now. However this picture is still a nice one and represents it well!) -Jessica -- source link
