家族が手づくりの鮭フレークをたっぷり作っていました。手づくりの鮭フレークって美味しいなぁ。あっという間にできた金曜日のお弁当。

和歌山のイキのいい鯵でアジフライ、昨日の朝収穫したのをいただいたアスパラガスで豚バラ肉巻き、たまごやき。今日のお弁当。立ち呑みやさんがんばってます。
