Well, one of the new books I requested from a publisher I found on Twitter came yesterday! It’s called Beneath by Kristi DeMeester. TOR.com was also boating about this book, the plot really intrigued me: a journalist with a secret past is assigned a cover story about a snake charming cult in the Appalachian mountains. Again with the cults! Speaking of cults, I read 84 pages in one fell swoop of Gather the Daughters. See a previous post if you want to know more about it but it’s so easy and compelling. I hate putting it down!
