Unlike Pokémon that are able to Transform, Zoroark is incapable of physically changing itself; thus, Zoroark is unable to use the abilities of the Pokémon that it is pretending to be. They can, however, make convincing illusions of attacks, which are extremely realistic to the point that one may believe they are being physically affected. Zoroark live in groups and are extremely protective of those they care about; they use their illusions to protect their pack such as creating illusory landscapes to hide their territory. -- source link
