Coach, what’s the best exercise to burn fat in my tummy?And I, as a coach, try to explain over and over again that there’s no exercise that burns fat in the particular area of the body. Even if you do this exercise 100 times, or 1000, or 10 000 times. Moreover, you’ll be terrified but exercises don’t burn that many calories. I’ve been making posts before that the amount of the calories burnt on your tracker isn’t accurate, and overestimated.Why is it overestimated, - will you ask me. We like to see how hard we worked, we like to see that we burnt 1000 calories or more, we like to achieve, to win, to burn! And companies who make trackers and watches like to sell us the goods, too. What happens next? I’ve burn 1000 calories, so I have total and absolute right to eat more food. I deserved it, I worked hard for it. My watch can’t lie.And I eat a bit more, and my weight is not changing. And I’m wondering why, the watch can’t lie, I’m exercising as a beast, so probably some unknown mysterious forces are doing black magic to prevent me from losing weight.
