I decided to try something a little different today and here it is! 60g ground oats 25g whey protein 6g skinny hot chocolate powder 15ml soy milk50g strawberries 8g pecans, toastedMix your dry ingredients together then add hot water. The amount will depend on how thick you want your oats. I like to blend mine to make sure they’re really smooth. Add the mix to the microwave for a minute stopping every 15 seconds to stir (his helps make sure there aren’t any lumps). Once it’s done, put your strawberries and pecans on top and enjoy!
