Being healthy starts at the supermarket! A few months ago I took the decision to wake up early every Sunday to go to the farmers market. And it was one of the best decisions I ever took! When I have all those fresh products right here in front of me, I hear them calling my name:“ Valerie eat me!” So I have no choice but to eat them.
