@bookishsteph1 wanted to see my line up for my Season of Horror which I wanted to start in September but I’m already dipping into it.I’m #currentlyreading Every House is Haunted by @supernoirtural and it’s an anthology. The first story “Aces” won me right over because the brother and sister relationship was so realistic and compelling with a bit of the supernatural layered in. I just loved it!Later, the story “Cabin D” went from quirky and light in the first few pages, to hauntingly beautiful and emotionally immersive towards the end. I was a little awestruck, honestly. I look forward to reading a few stories every night. (Trying not to devour it too quickly but really savor it and contemplate it all for the final review)I’m anticipating this stack very much and look forward to taking you all with me on this dark journey. I’ll be adding more as well as I have requested some brand new titles and ARCs and got them!
