iylshowcase: It’s your last weekend to catch Ron Jude’s solo exhibition at the Gallery Luisotti in Santa Monica, LA, finishing Wednesday. In his latest project ‘Lago’, Jude uses the Salton Sea, a body of water near which he spent his childhood, as his backdrop. The recollection of this once idyllic place should be seen as disjointed flashes rather than fully formed narrative memories.
