Ashtanga yoga home practice Expectation vs. reality . . . 6x a week of practice at home is a great struggle when you have a very active monkey mind like mine! I am sure I spent several minutes spacing out and looking out of the window aka “tulala” before doing #salabhasana. . . I barely slept last night due to several things on my mind. I even cried and so frustrated to myself before I start the practice. I struggled to finish and had to plug in to my savasana music so I can shut off my mind on the last resting pose.
