One workout a month can’t give you results. 2-3-4 workouts per week can.In order to get results in anything and progress you have to be consistent. In order to lose weight you have to be in a calorie deficit + be consistent. Let’s say one day you’re not in a calorie deficit and you ate more, you ate that ice cream. What’s next? Beating yourself up? Nah! Enjoy, and get back on track the next day, or the day after. Or 3 days after. It doesn’t matter. Remember: as long as you go back on track - you win. As long as you think that with a burger or an ice cream you ruined everything - you lose.
