You ever see a fern with spores this big???? ( Trypophobia warning? ) I went to cat-sit for a few days and got to appreciate my grandma’s plants. If I didn’t have a mold problem in my room at home, I’d have taken some spores to try and propagate this beast, but I’m still struggling to keep my Venus Maidenhair Fern single stem prop alive, and the rhizomes I took of my aunt’s Boston Fern haven’t grown anything…. Ferns don’t like me yet. My grandma’s Anthurium’s anther is also making some preem trypo content here. Why is it bubbling up like that? My mom also has an Anthurium, but is keeping it locked away in our dark dining room. They’re such cool plants, like they look like a lily, but they’re epiphytic like orchids and airplants, so no wonder they’re used in fancy arrangements all the time. Plus, here’s one of the kitties I cat-sat. He was a stinker that barfed on his mom’s computer desk the day she was coming back home. I hate that! But love the Stinker. Fern spores don’t seem to trigger my aerophobia too much, thankfully. #ferns #fern #fernspores #spores #sporepods #plant #plants #indoorgardening #indoorplants #anthurium #epiphyte https://www.instagram.com/p/CYiJXQQLvog/?utm_medium=tumblr -- source link
