Insert your joy here. I have found myself a few times this week proclaiming amongst friends that I feel really freaking good. Joyful, in fact. There are moments when I feel like I “shouldn’t” feel this way during such times. Absolute nonsense! Fuck off should, I mean it. And send grace to those that attempt to should you. By god, if you can tap into your joy, please do. And please share it with others. If we have the capacity to give, then we must give. What moments of joy have found you this week?
