This pose is so challenging! It’s also a fun way to strengthen your shoulders. From dolphin dog, lift one leg up and reach the opposite hand back to grab your foot. Keep pressing out of your bottom shoulder and grounding into your bottom leg. It took me so many tries just to make a solid connection. I love it!Now what do you even call this? -- source link
