I am still buzzing from this weekend, and it’s fun to look back on it as a weekend of firsts, like a (literally) unbelievable first trip to the semi-finals! A top-20 finish is more than I ever dreamed of, and I feel unbelievable grateful for the chance to present my practice twice! I want to thank my coach, friend, and mentor @adrianhummellyoga without whom none of this would have been possible. You continue to inspire me in your own #dedication and focus in your routine, and it was so fun to watch you in the finals! I also want to send a shout out to @elleburk who competed for the first time at #usayoga Nationals this year, and who rocked it!
