I have big plans for the homestead. We got almost 10 acres in the forest, so in addition to growing vegetables and raising animals, I will also carve out a walking trail through the woods on our property and attempt to cultivate a variety of mushrooms throughout. There will be culinary, medicinal, and even psychedelic mushrooms.
