Don’t choke down kale and yogurt even though you hate them just to chase the perceived societal ideal of “health”. ....Instead, choose to move your body because it feels better than getting stiff from sitting all day. Choose to eat to your level of satisfaction and pleasure, whatever it may be today. Choose to honor your craving for dessert or lack thereof. Choose to eat foods that taste amazing to you and leave you feeling physically well. Whatever they may be. You DESERVE to feel good. You DESERVE to care for yourself.
